On 08-28-11 at about 04:10 a.m. the Eddy's Phillips 66 at 611 East Broadway is the victim of a theft of merchandise. When the person is confronted by the clerk, a physical altercation with the employee ensues resulting in minor injuries to the employee and damage to the business.
