Online Accident Reports The Council Bluffs Police Department, along with PoliceReports.us, offers Online Accident Reports for your convenience. To access these reports, click on the link below to go to the Council Bluffs Police Department Online Accident Reports site. Once in the site, you are able to search for a report by entering the report number, the date of the accident, the name of persons involved in the accident, or the location of the accident. Each online report costs $10.00 and can be paid for by credit card from the site. If you are an Insurance Agency, you can pay by credit card or set up an account with PoliceReports.us. If you have any questions or need assistance in retrieving a report, contact Police Records Monday through Friday, 7:00 am – 3:00 pm, at (712) 328-4715.
